Thank You for visiting Alan Best's Memorial Page

This page has been created for anybody who new Alan and would like to leave a message of condolence or make a donation to  The Barretts Oesophagus Campaign - A charity chosen by his wife Carol. This charity works to raise awareness and fund research aimed at  finding a cure.

It was Alan's express wish that people did not waste money on flowers for his funeral but made donations towards preventing other families being affected by this terrible desease. This as you will know was very typical of Alan who believed that life was for the living and to look forward and not back. Alan loved his family, friends and his work and was very gratefull for all their kind wishes and support during his illness.

On behalf of Carol, Lee and Nichola, Thank You   We Never Walked Alone
