From 5th - 12th October 2008 I will be taking part in a challenging 5-day trek in Jordan, hiking from the Dead Sea to Petra, All sponsorship money raised will go to The Douglas Bader Foundation.  The Foundation is celebrating its 25th Anniversary, and I felt it a particularly appropriate charity considering the number of limb-related injuries our troops are suffering on operations.
