I intend cycling the Ireland End to End, which uses roads down the West Coast. This is a very scenic part of Ireland and my reason for choosing the ride. I intend starting from Derry airport, then cycling to Malin Head,Co Donegal, Completing the End to End route to Mizen Head, Co Cork and then retuning from Cork airport. This is a distance of approximately 640 miles. I hope to complete it in 12 days.

I have a neurolgical illness myslf and this makes me very aware of MS and hopefully, my cycling trip will make a small difference. To me, cycling is best suited done alone using a recumbent tricycle.  At the moment, it offers me independence and freedom.

Sainsbury's my employer are being very supportive of my cycle and have agreed to match funds raised.
