As many of you will know, we are running in memory of our good friend Stephen Williams who passed away earlier in the year.  The photos are from a ski holiday in Italy...some really good memories from that trip.

After talking with his mum and brother we will be raising money for the samaritans.  They are a confidential emotional support service for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair.

It is a great cause that receives over 5 million contacts every year and we'd be really grateful for anything you can afford to donate.
