About my charity : Blythswood Care Blythswood Care
Blythswood Care combines the Christian message with practical help for those in need at home and abroad. Whether through filled shoeboxes at Christmas time, relief and development aid or social projects for young and old, we bring hope to thousands in Europe, Africa and Asia. In 2007 we delivered aid valued at £4.5 m to 13 countries and also distributed over 140,000 shoeboxes in Eastern Europe and India. www.blythswood.org.

My personal message:

As many of you will know I am not your regular athlete, but ave lost a bit of weight this year, and I have completed the West Highland Way!  So things are changing.

As you know our Church is trying to raise £7,500 for various charities this year.  I have decided to run the 10k in Drymen to raise funds for Blythswood Care.  This will go towards building an orphanage in India for children sleeping rough at night.

I hope you can sponsor me!!

Thanks to all who donated.  At £900.  With gift aid it will be £1023
