I completed the London Marathon in 4hrs 17minutes and 04seconds !! Slower than I would of liked but I completed a dream ! It's not too late for you to help me with sponsorship .......
You may be aware how important it is for me to see progress being made to find ways of improving the lives of those suffering from Alzheimer's disease.
My mother suffered for many years prior to her death with the terrible disease which strips away a person's character from their body - my father was devoted to her care for years - but seeing mum suffer with the disease left a scar in the hearts of our entire family.
A cure may be impossible or many years away, but by donating to Alzheimers Research Trust we can help to fund projects to slow down the progress of the disease and help towards making developments with the research.
The disease is becoming more and more evident and is affecting the lives of more and more families.
