As many of you know I had a tragic start to the year when my 14 year old nephew was killed in a car crash. My brother-in-law only survived due to the prompt actions of the air ambulance service. As they have done so much for my family I have decided to try and give something back. I am therefore running in the British 10k London Run on July 6th. This may not sound far to all you fitness fanatics but please remember I am an over-weight, middle aged guy who has two dodgy knees thanks to far too much Squash and Football in my younger days.
