SHOW ME THE MONEY!

Some of us at Fitness Last have decided to run 10K for the British Heart Foundation.  I know most of you will be thinking Andy? 10k? Surely he can do that in his sleep?  and yes I could walk 10k easy....but I am actually going to run this :)
