Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This is the 3rd time I will have done the Great North Run for charity and I have decided to do it for a local charity this time. Martin House Children's Hospice cares for children and young people with progressive life limiting illnesses, and provide support to their families. It has been providing this support for the last 25 years to children suffering from a wide range of conditions.

Training has been a little patchy so far this time round, so I need to dig in now if I am to get under 1:45.
