On 11th May, I'll be joining the Saints Foundation Big Ride from the Etihad stadium in Manchester to the Saints ground in Southampton - a distance of 233 miles. There are two reasons - firstly because the Foundation are helping to support the recovery of Felix Barrow (see fitforfelix.com), and secondly because my road bike tells me I'm not using it enough. 

I am lucky enough to be riding with two great mates. Sadly, I'm going to have a share a hotel room with at least one of them en route...
