Here's the plan...cycle from Colwyn Bay (North Wales) to Oxwich Bay (South Wales), in a day – Saturday July 9th.

How hard can it be? The distance is somewhere in the region of 300 km (186 miles for those who work that way) and the terrain... think shark's teeth on mega scale. It's a ride with bite.

We're attempting it in a day, one because that makes it a proper challenge, and two, because as fathers of young children, time is not something we have a lot of. 

Riders committed so far are Alex, Ali, and Jonny. Others have said they'd think about it, gave it roughly two seconds, then answered with a 'no', and sometimes with couple of additional words just to be clear.

The cause is 'Help For Heroes' and I hope needs little introduction.
