I would just like to say a huge thank you to everybody that supported me in any way in raising money for the  recent Help for Heroes, 380 mile Portsmouth to Paris bike ride.  This ride was aimed at raising money for the brave men and women of the armed forces who are     recovering from injuries received in recent conflicts.  Thanks to all your generosity I have managed to raise a fantastic £3000 for this worthy charity!

While on the ride I met Adam and Lee, shown above.  They are both currently recovering from their injuries at Headley Grange where they are given the best of care and support in dealing with their injuries.  It is people like this that you have helped and they join me in saying  thank you!!
