I am going to attempt an Ironman in Germany (swim 3 miles, cycle 112 and then run a marathon). I have spent several months training and spent a small fortune on equipment and entrance fees for the priveliage of attempting this ordeal, I thought I might aswell try and raise some money for a good cause while I am doing it.
