Later this year I will be joining a group of hardy walkers trekking almost 100 miles along the Great Wall of China.The walk, over 10 days, may not seem all that far but some of the hills to be climbed will test the fittest of walkers.  I am doing it to raise money for the Compton Hospice in Wolverhampton, a cause very close to my heart.  At the same time it gives me a chance to see a very different part of the world – and get a bit fitter into the bargain!
