Sunday, 20th July - unfortunately this event was postponed on a number of occasions and will probably take place some time in 2009 John McGrath will be doing a Tandem Skydive from 10,000ft at Strathallan Airfield in Auchterarder Sunday, 27th July Kick-off: 2pm - Renfrew Leisure Centre, Renfrew Alba Thistle v. Dukla Pumpherston Sunday, 3rd August from 11am until 4pm - Renfrew Leisure Centre, Renfrew Annual Charity Football Fun Day Childrens 7-a-sides Alba Thistle Under 17's v. East End Boy's Club  Alba Thistle Amts. v. Glynhill Amts
Harry's Bar Haddies v. Philly's Heroes  Alba Thistle Elite v. Glasgow Airport Taxi Drivers These events are recognised by Alba Thistle Boy’s Club as our way to assist in the provision of goods/services for those with special needs and hospice care in Renfrewshire. Originally organised to purchase equipment for those in need of care in local hospices the event has grown and extended to adults & children with special needs.
Over the last few years our taxi driver friends at Glasgow Airport and Dukla Pumpherston have provided the opposition for our adult fun football matches and have also donated large sums to our designated recipients.
