BUPA Great North Run 2008 · 5 October 2008 ·

Over 150,000 of us in the UK have MS. It’s unpredictable and different for everyone. But it doesn’t have to be this way. We’re the MS Society. We understand what life’s like with MS. We're here for you through the highs, lows and everything in between. Together, we are strong enough to stop MS.

Story

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.

Lewis and Alan have decided to run the 2008 Great North Run to raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society, an illness Alan's Mum suffered with for 30 years. They're hoping to raise as much money as possible from participating, along with running in the memory of Margaret Passingham. They should be able to complete the 13 miles of the run in a half decent time, so long as both avoid drinking beer for the next couple of months and actually concentrate on  training...

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor us: MS Society gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor us now!
