Yes!   I,  Alastair Dargie, am running (jogging/walking/limping/crawling) the 13.1 MILES which makes up the biggest half marathon in the world!  I am doing it in aid of Cancer Research, a charity who is doing great work and which is close to my heart as I'm sure it is to a lot of your hearts too.  So please, sponsor me in my effort/madness.

Training is going well, although I am not getting out as much as I would like.  Training at the ski club has helped and over the next couple of weeks (2 and half weeks til D-day) I'll be stepping up my training hours!
