Turn up with your towel at 11.00am on Christmas Day opposite Aldeburgh Moot Hall, take the plunge and persuade lots of people to sponsor you. They can make online donations through this page.

Or if a Christmas Day dip is not your scene, you can support us by an online donation and/or by turning up on the beach. The money we raise on this page goes to Medecins Sans Frontieres and on the beach we also raise money for a local charity, East Anglia's Children's Hospices.
