I'm running the great north run this year to raise money and awareness for a very good cause. This summer I and my school friends sadly had to say goodbye to Josh Sutherland who had sadly taken his own life. Suicide is the biggest killer in young men and it affects so many of us in so many ways so whatever we can do and whatever you can do to help.
