I will be cycling 400 miles through France over 5 days in July as party of the annual Paris to Hayling cycle ride... in spite of being extremely unfit!

 

Over the last 25 years the ride has raised ~£1.2 million for several charitable causes and I am hoping to raise at least £150 for Stonewall this year.

 

Stonewall provides support to gay and lesbian people throughout the UK and is tackling issues such as homophobic bullying in schools, the workplace and within sports (e.g. premiership football).  They have made significant contributions to gay rights in the UK, most notably in their fundamental role to the passing of the Civil Partnerships Act in 2005.
