Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
Meningitis is a devastating disease that can strike anyone at any age without warning. I am taking part in a fundraising challenge to raise money to help the Meningitis Trust so that they are able to provide long-term emotional and practical support to those affected by meningitis.
In September 2009 I will be taking part in the Meningitis Trust 'Trek the 3 Volcanoes Challenge' - we will be trekking 3 volcanoes in Italy over 6 days. I am currently on training regime, trying to fit in as many long walks and gym sessions as possible to be ready for September.
I have been running a series of fundraising events to get me up to (and hopefully beyond!) my £2000 target. A humungous thank you to all the friends and colleagues who have already supported me - every penny donated means the world to me and means even more to the Meningitis Trust and the families that they support.
