Starting on the August Bank Holiday I, and 6 others, will be riding 140 miles from Whitehaven to Sunderland to complete the Coat to Coast ride. 

I will be raising money for the Peace Hospice based in Watford, they provide specialist care for people with a terminal illness and provide support for their families and carers across South West Hertfordshire. 

More than 75% of the funding the Peace Hospice needs comes from charitable donations and all the care provided to the patients and their families is completely free.
