Myself and my good friend Noah have recently travelled  as far away as possible from Manchester without spending a penny of our own money. (Dressed in tights, as Superman.)

Here is what we achieved:

Fri 31/10

1630 - Released by Manchester Rag
Raced to Manchester Piccaddily train station to catch the next train to London Euston. Managed to blag that for free with fellow jailbreakers and arrived around two and a half hours later.
19.00 Then caught the overground train to Luton, walking up and down the train raising as much money as possible for the charity. Met a man who was attending a charity event later that night who said he would try and get us paid flights out for the next morning as well as sponsoring us £10. Unfortunately that fell through, but he was a massive help all the same.
19.30 Met a family on the train who sponsored us and drove us to Luton Airport. They had a contact who was head pilot of Monarch Airline, but he was flying at the time and therefore could not get us a free flight!
20.00 Arrived at Luton Airport to find there were no more flights departing that night, and so we left for London to continue to raise money.
20.30 - 0300 Sat. Continued to raise money in Leicester Square dressed as Superman.

Sat 01/11

0800 Woke up after a horriffic night sleep on the floor and legged it to Luton Airport. We raised enough money to buy two singles to Athens.
1400 Easyjet allowed us to make an announcement on the flight to all passengers and we raised 70 Euros on the flight.
1800 Arrived in Athens, got a bus to the Athen's docks and ran to the final ferry of the day, jumped on and found that it was going to Kos.

This meant that we arrived at Kos within the 30 hours!

We two days exploring and sunbathing in Kos and had to decide how to get back. The easiest option appeared to be a flight from Athens on Monday night, but for a better story and more adventure, we both thought It would better to travel back through Europe as far as we could on land.

We spent the following days travelling through Turkey and ending up in Sofia, Bulgaria. We flew out from Bulgaria to London Gatwick on Wednesday afternoon.

We then arrived at Manchester at 11pm Wednesday night!
