I am participating in the BHF "Hearts First Bike Ride South Downs Way Randonnee Challenge". It is 100 miles off road, and is also known as The Ultimate Challenge, It has a total vertical climb of 10,000 ft - It starts at 6am in Winchester and finishs at Eastbourne and it's to be finished within 12 hours.
