NOT ANOTHER FUNDRAISER

Sorry but I'm going to have to ask you to put your hands in your pockets and give me some money, well not me but Help For Heroes.

I have decided to take part in the London Triathlon in August next year, thats right I said a Triathlon. I have entered the Sprint event which is 750m swim - 20km bike - 5km run.

Those of you that know me are probably laughing uncontrollably now, but it's true.

I entered the event as a target to get get fit for and figured that adding the sponsorship would give me an added incentive to get fit and complete it.

Why H4H

Well for those that don't know me, I spent 22 years in the Army and know first hand what our Soldiers, Sailors and Airmengo through for Queen and Country.

So please dig deep and help me achieve my target, I don't think £2000 is too much to raise.

By the way, you are all more than welcome to come and watch a fat bloke on a bike, in speedo's.
