Dear everybody, firstly huge thanks to those of you who have sponsored me so generously. I am back in London at work with very tired legs and it feels like the saddle from my bike is imprinted on my bum!

We walked for 8 hours without stopping on Saturday and then rode for 5hrs 30 minutes on Sunday. It hurt at times and I was very smelly too - especially after falling into a bog in the first hour on Saturday.

I learnt lots about the award and feel that it is a fantastic charity that gives youths in the UK a chance to express themselves and achieve things that they otherwise would not.
