Story
In July I shall embark upon a challenge of a lifetime and attempt to stand at the roof of Africa by climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in support of Scope.
At 5895 Meters (19,335 ft) and with the effects of extreme altitude, this is a challenge which will push my physical and mental stamina to the maximum. As one of the ‘Seven summits’ and the worlds largest free standing mountain, this is one of the biggest challenges an individual can undertake.
However, the challenges, and difficulties which I shall face are overshadowed by those facing the 1,800 babies diagnosed with Cerebal Palsy each year in the U.K.
This is why I ask you to sponsor me generously to support Scope who provide the lifelong support to help these children and their families overcome ‘their challenges’ and lead fulfilling lives.
Although the event is in July, I am asking people to sponsor me as early as possible. Due to the complex nature of organising such a challenge I need to reach 75% of my target by the end of April !
Thank you in advance for your support. I look forward to updating you with progress of my training, fundraising and of course the climb itself.

Many Thanks
