My story
On Sunday I am going to be running 10 mile to raise money for the 3 C's charity.
This charity has been set up to raise money for research into treatments for crohn's and colitis. For obvious reasons this charity is particularly close to my heart.
Please sponsor whatever you can, how ever little or much...every donation will be very greatly appreciated.
