Alexis was the most beautiful person both inside and out I've ever met. We we're together almost from the day we met 21 years ago. I still love her now like I loved her on our wedding day.
She was so vibrant, cheeky, caring and fun - one of the world's great souls.
What shocks me the most is how depression could grab hold of someone like that, for me not to notice it if for so long and how quickly she slipped away - I'll never understand that.
I want to raise money in memory of her so that others who suffer may be helped.
Please pass this around. She loved the sense of community Teddington and her work provided. Don't be afraid to talk about this with anyone - including me one day - we have to try and help.
If depression could get hold of Alexis I feel it could get hold of anyone.
