Story
When I mentioned to some friends that I was thinking of running the London marathon, word quickly spread and I soon found myself realising that I would have to see it through.
While I regularly curse my moment of madness on a Sunday morning run, I am hoping that my effort will help raise some money for St John's Ambulance. As a charity they help out in every community and more personally, their volunteers have aided many of my family and friends when they have sustained injuries.
I am hopeful of raising the above amount to show appreciation for their services.
