I know how frequently you are probably asked to sponsor various charities but I really, really appreciate your support. This will be quite a challenging bike ride!

Less than a week to go now!

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Stroke Association gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation. So for every £10 you donate, nearly £12 reaches the charity!
