I'm undertaking a devil-ish cycle from Edinburgh down to London in aid of Right to Play UK. This fabulous charity brings sport to those who don't usually have access to it in order to develop children in some of the most poverty stricken places in the world.

I am a huge fan of all sports, and also believe that the camaraderie and light competitiveness can really help set you up for life, as well as help you forget your worries and woes for a short time while you just enjoy yourself.
