Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Our family lost an amazing person in my nan on 03/02/2014 after she lost her life due to being unable to recover following a stroke.

I want to tell you a little about my nan. She was a woman whos life revolved around her family. She Lived her life wanting to please everyone and nothing was ever too much for her.

She was such a kind hearted and generous person and the world has lost a truly great human being but heaven has gained an angel.

Her last few days were spent at Salford Royal hospital In Manchester and the care she recieved was next to none. the whole family will always be truly grateful to the staff and hospital for making her last few days memorable by letting her family stay by her side until her  very last breath and also by making she was always very comfortable and never in any pain.

Any donation would be very much appreciated no matter how large or small and please help me to work towards my target of £500.

The run is televised so I am hoping to let people catch a glimpse of me completing this event and I will be having a special t shirt made up with a photo of my nan and stroke organisation.
