About my charity : Cruse Bereavement Care Cruse Bereavement Care
The loss of a loved one, a parent or a child can be devastating. Cruse provides emotional support, information and practical help for people struggling to cope with bereavement. Cruse has 5,500 trained volunteers and is the largest and only organisation providing support to anyone bereaved by death.

10 kilometres - a long way. But with some training and your support, it should be a breeze.
