This comes a little late in the day perhaps, but better late than never they say!

My flatmate Tom and I are taking part in the London Triathlon on Saturday 9th August (contrary to the date given here) in the 'Sprint' event - which is half of the olympic distance you will see the super-fit guys doing in Beijing this summer, but a real test nonetheless!

We have been training hard over the last few months, and felt that it would be great not just to compete for the personal achievement it brings, but also to raise some money for CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) which we feel is a really worthy cause.

Any sponsorship you are willing to give would be much appreciated.
