When one of your friends, who is the same age as you tells you that she has lynphoma, time seemed to stop still for me for a while.  Whether it was the shock that this dreadful disease should strike someone so young, ambitious and vibrant, or that I was angry that lynphoma had chosen to take hold of this beautiful lady.  But it made take stock and give thanks for all that I have.  I know I would do anything to help Laura Phillips, and I hope the small gesture of getting pretty muddy at Bath Race Course on 18th September goes some way to raise some funds to help in the development of a cure.  So please feel generous and donate to this wonderful cause.
