My personal message:

Hi everyone,

I will be running the Great North Run for the 5th time on the 5th October 2008.

In December 2007 my fiance Robbie's sister, Alexa, died suddenly and tragically following a massive stroke, aged only 32.

She was a volunteer for the Starlight Foundation, a charity that grants wishes for seriously and terminally ill children. She cared very deeply for this worthy cause and I will be raising money for them in her memory.

So please sponsor me now!
