As you may already know, i will be running in the 2009 London Marathon (as long as i have no injuries 
). I have only a few more weeks left to train for the 26.2 Miles and to make as much money as i can for the Essex Air Ambulance.
I am running for The Essex Air Ambulance because they are so important in saving peoples lives. They are a huge life line to thousands and thousands of people.
The Essex Air Ambulance carries Clinicians and sophisticated life-saving equipment to a patient within the first few vital minutes of an emergency.
but the charity receives no National Lottery funding; relying upon the generous people of Essex to raise sufficient revenue to keep the aircraft flying.
Any donations no matter how small will be extremely appreciated.
