Hello everyone!
So today was the race day and although I now have aching legs I'm so proud of what I and the team have acheived for Wyfold RDA so thankyou to all of you that helped by sponsoring us, it really drove us that extra mile!
Richard finished first, I finished in 1 hour 8 minutes just behind the speedy Jane and Sue who finished in 58 minutes. All of us would definately say that we're pleased with how well we've done and the day was such a great experience.
So thank you again, and have fun looking at the photos of the day!!!

Hey guys, just to say first of all, thanks for visiting our fundraising page!
Jane and Richard Havelock, Sue Happs and I are all running the London 10k on July 12th 2009, and those of you who know any of us will know that we've been training hard and as we all either volunteer at Wyfold or have close links it's a charity that's close to our hearts. Speaking as someone who volunteers as an instructor on Saturday at Wyfold I have never been more humbled or blessed than by seeing the fun and happiness that the children and adults who ride or carriage drive with us gain from the work of Wyfold RDA. This stables, devoted solely to the instruction of Disabled riders, relies entirely upon donations to keep going and although we've each struggled differently in training for the 10K run I think we'd each agree that knowing the cause we are working for has really kept us going. It would mean so much to all of us if you would please sponsor us with whatever you can as it'd really push us that extra kilometer to reach our targets.
Lastly some Justgiving stuff for your information... Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Wyfold Group Riding for the Disabled gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor us now!
