Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page!!! We really really want to raise as much money for St Michaels Hospice as we can and running a 10km race seemed like a good opportunity! Alison's family have been connected to the hospice in various ways for the past 10 years, ever since they cared so brilliantly for her sister there. It would be great to help support them somehow as they need to raise millions every year to carry on their amazing work. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Update - Kay and Alison completed the race!!! Kay finished in 55mins 38secs and Alison in 56mins 45secs. Luckily the weather turned, the sun shone and all was well (apart from a stitch!) It's not over yet though - you can still carry on donating for a while yet and we look forward to doing another sponsored event again soon!!!
