My name is craig, I am a triathlete and race all the time so I don't really fall into this catagory so in true project 30 style I have nominated my wife to do something. so Alison is going to run a 10k race, now I know a 10k race isn't much to you or me but to my wife that's massive especially seen the as race is in only 10 weeks. I am fed up of her whinging at me she wants to get fit so this is her chance so please encourage my wife all you can and also help a great cause whilst she does it .
