Our personal message:

Phoebe and I are doing a massive 2k run at Kempton Park to raise money for blood cancer research. I was successfully treated for Hodgkins Lymphoma, a blood cancer, and now want to help others by raising some dosh. Richard is doing the 10k run, probably in the same time as me and Phoebs, also at Kempton on 22/06/2008! If you can help with sponsorship, that would be wonderful.
