I undertook a Night Walk for the charity One25 (see info on left) on Friday 4 April/Saturday 5 April!  It was 6 miles (I couldn't face the full 10 miles!) and quite peaceful as we didn't start until 12.25 am!  My friend Magda and I did it together and joined up with another group of friends.  Half-way round, we had a nice cup of tea in the One25 outreach van.

I have been a volunteer for One25 for about a year now and it's a great charity - it is brilliantly organized and the training for volunteers is excellent.  Being a women only charity it has a really special, welcoming feel to it.  I really enjoy my volunteering sessions and am proud to announce that I have just learnt to drive the van!
