Hi everyone,

On 26th April 2009 I have foolishly decided to run the London Marathon again!  I will be raising money for Headway but instead of the national organisation this time all funds will go the local branch Headway Essex.

It is a wonderful organisation that cares for survivors of brain injuries and their families.  As we have all seen in the news recently brain injuries can happen to anyone, can be caused by something as simple as a bump to the head and have devastating consequences. 

If you would like to sponsor me then I would be very grateful however big or small the donation, it all counts!
