This year on the 4th July I will be walking a half marathon in aid of The Equal People Theatre Company. This is quite an achievement for me as this time last year I couldn't even walk up to the high street without getting pains in my legs. Now one year on and over 4 stone lighter I am looking forward to completing the Moonlight Colourthon in (hopefully!) under 4 hours.

Equal People is a fantastic charity who are aiming to raise enough money to build a theatre that can accommodate disabled performers alongside able bodied performers. At the present time there are no facilities that can do this adequately. Please take a few minutes to watch the video on the link below that really shows how fantastic the children are and tells you what they are trying to achieve.
