In October 2008 I will be swapping the mean streets of Gravesend for the wild and rugged jungles of Thailand! I can expect plenty of bugs and blisters as I make my way through the forests and mountains of the Thung Yai Nareusan Wildlife Sanctuary. For six days I will be trekking through caves and over mountains for 8 miles a day, riding elephants, kayaking and white water rafting which should be interesting for somebody with my sense of balance! I'm doing it to raise money for the Ellenor Lions Hospice who do such an amazing job looking after terminally ill people, and who were so supportive to me when I lost my own mum to cancer in 2006. It costs an average of £263.00 an hour to keep the hospice up and running so it's vital to raise as much money as possible in order for them to carry on their good work. Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Ellenor Foundation Limited will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
So please sponsor me now!
Many thanks for your support.
