In just a few days time (on Sunday 15th June) I'll be jumping on my bike and cycling from London to Brighton to raise money in memory of my wonderful friend Sam.  In August 2005 she died suddenly of heart-related illness. 

Please sponsor me and help the British Heart Foundation fight towards preventing other people's lives being cut short.

For those of you fortunate enough to work with me I'll be plying you with some 'rather delicious' home-made cakes in an attempt to get you to dig deep into your pockets...you've been warned.
