I am doing the Great Manchester Run this year in memory of my dad, Ian Forbes, who we lost in a tragic accident last year.

Ian was an amazing husband, dad and grandad and we miss him every day.  I am raising money for Midlands Air Ambulance, who attended the scene, in the hope that they can continue their important work.

The picture is of me and dad at my brother's 40th last year (it was fancy dress!!)
