Despite being in complete agony now, it was completely worth it....  I managed to complete the course in 4 hrs and 43 minutes.  This was my 3rd and final marathon of the year and managed to beat my London Marathon time by 1 minute.

Check out the picture and the beautiful scenery in the background - If you look closey, I am sure you can see Nessie, but that is definitely me running.
