On 16th October I'll be embarking on a 16 day trip to trek to Everest base camp, returning on 1st November.  This is to raise money for Sue Ryder Care who provide end of life care for people with illnesses such as huntingtons disease, stroke, althzeimers, brain injury and cancer.
